The University of Richmond football team played its spring football game at E. Claiborne Robins Stadium April 15. In a defensive-heavy intrasquad scrimmage, the white team won 6-3.
This was the fifth-lowest score in a tournament round produced by the Spiders since the team’s inaugural season in 2002.
Grayum and first-year midfielder Joe Sheridan led the Spiders with three goals a piece. Besides scoring two goals, Young assisted on five to lead the Spiders in assists.
