Inside, however, the “free store” is undeniably unique. Spider Exchange accepts donations from students, faculty and staff, which are displayed in the store for members of the UR community to choose from.
The University of Richmond CAPS office sees around 850 students each year, according to Peter LeViness, former director of Counseling and Psychological Services at UR. Anxiety and stress are the most common reasons that students visit the UR CAPS office, followed by depression, relationship problems and family concerns.

“I knew that I wanted to stay true to my origins as a poet and as a spoken-word artist, so I wanted to incorporate that,” Williams said.
