CHATTANOOGA, Tenn. -- Hundreds of University of Richmond fans lined the entrance to Finley Stadium to welcome the Spiders during the final Spider Walk Friday night. Richmond's captains -- seniors John Crone, Will Healy, Sherman Logan and Lawrence Sidbury Jr. -- strode hand-in-hand onto the field. Army paratroopers glided onto the field, an 11-year-old Chattanooga native sang the National Anthem, and soon thereafter Richmond made a dominating performance during the national championship game.
