A first down will allow Richmond to end the game by taking a knee. Richmond comes out and absolutely explodes with 721 yards of offense, including 236 from Green and 204 from Brown. The Spiders stun the Dukes, the College GameDay crew and the 26,000 fans in attendance and take full control of the CAA. More detailed story to come, stay tuned.

Update: Richmond knocked off Saint Francis, 4-1, Friday, and fell at home to ACC member and No. 14 Boston College, 2-0, on Sunday. The Spiders, who jumped Davidson after the Wildcats lost at Saint Joseph's Saturday, close out the regular season against conference foes Virginia Commonwealth University and St. Louis.

The Richmond Spiders made decisions and set goals before Saturday's game against Elon. They wanted to run the ball. Seth Fisher and Jacobi Green both wanted to run for 100 yards. Richmond wanted to dominate Mike Ditka style--with a powerful, authoritative run game and a disruptive, controlling defense.

Richmond wins at home against Elon, 27-14. The Spiders were powerful in the run game but did not find the endzone as many times as they probably should have. Nevertheless, Richmond moves to 4-1 and will travel to Rhode Island next weekend.

The year was 1994 when toddler Tim Kuhnert from Düsseldorf, Germany, nearly drowned in a swimming pool at his family’s country club. The incident left him in a coma for 15 months. His mother, Kirsten Kuhnert, moved with him and her daughter, Kira Kuhnert, to Miami, Fla., to see if dolphin therapy--which simply allows children to interact with dolphins--could cure Tim’s coma. After four treatments, he woke up.
