Happy Monday Spiders! Get ready for a week of sweet events like a waffle making truck and a cookie baking class in the Demonstration Kitchen.

Waffle event in University Forum 

Stop by the University Forum on Tuesday, March 25, from 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. to get free T-shirts and waffles from Brekkie Waffles food truck. The Richmond College Dean’s Office and Richmond College Student Government Association are partnering to host this “Cup o’ Joe” event, and both T-shirts and waffles will be on a first come, first serve basis.  

Cookie baking classes at the Demonstration Kitchen 

The Demonstration Kitchen is hosting two cookie baking classes this week on Wednesday, March 26, from 6 to 7 p.m. and on Friday, March 28, from 12 to 1 p.m. These cooking basics classes will cover baking classic cookie recipes like chocolate chip and peanut butter cookies. Laser tag on the Westhampton Green

Join the SpiderBoard for a free laser tag event on Friday, March 28, from 8 to 10 p.m. on the Westhampton Green. To register and learn more information, check out the event here

Bollywood On The Block

Come to Camp Concert Hall on Saturday, March 29, at 7:30 p.m. for a joint performance by the South Asian fusion dance team Bollywood Jhatkas and UR’s hip-hop group Block Crew. Using music spanning through decades of hip-hop and Bollywood,  this event features student-choreography and cover dance performances that celebrate years of culture and artistry.
