Hello November! Autumn is in full swing, and there are plenty of events to check out this week! 

APO Fundraiser: Trivia Night

Thursday 7 p.m. to 9 p.m. 

Looking for a Thursday night activity? Grab up to four friends and team up for Trivia Night in the Current. The cost to play is $10 per team. 

Artspace featuring new exhibitions 

Oct. 25 through Nov. 16

Take a trip to the city to see various exhibitions at Artspace. The Gallery is free and is open every day except Monday and Tuesday. Find more information here.

Basketball Season starts 

Monday 8 p.m. and Wednesday 7 p.m.

Come to the Robins Stadium to support UR basketball this week as the season kicks off. 

The women’s team will be playing Temple Monday at 8 p.m. and the men will have their first game against Mount Olive on Wednesday at 7 p.m. 

Bi/Pan Affinity Group Kick-Off Dinner

Sunday 5 p.m. to 6 p.m. 

Join the Student Center for Equity and Inclusion in room Whitehurst 204 for dinner and conversations. Affinity groups focus on creating an inclusive environment on campus. Learn more about this group and others here

Election Night Watch Party 

Tuesday 5:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. 

Election Night is upon us! Don’t watch alone, stop by Spider Hall for Chipotle, news coverage, and more. Political science professor Dan Palazzolo will be featured as a guest speaker as well. 

Free Admission to Virginia Museum of Culture and History with "I Voted" Sticker 

Tuesday 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. 

Learn about Virginia's history for free on Election Day. Bring your “I Voted” sticker during open hours for free admission. The VMCH has many exhibits and galleries that are worth the trip. 

La Quinceañera 

Saturday 6 p.m. 

Celebrate LatinX heritage with food, music, and dancing in the Queally Center of Admissions. The deadline to RSVP is 4:00 p.m. Nov. 8. Find more information on SpiderCentral. 

Walk To End Alzheimer's - RVA 

Saturday at 9:30 a.m. 

Get your morning walk-in and help support Alzheimer's care, support and research. You may join as a team or participate individually. There is no fee for the event, but donations are encouraged. Register to walk here.
