This week has got a lot to offer. From comedy to cheese tasting to workout classes to Bollywood, there is a lot in store. 

“Make America and China Laugh Again” 

Wednesday from 7-8:30 p.m. 

Be sure to check out Jesse Appell’s comedy performance this week. Appell will talk about his apprenticeship to a comedy master to becoming a Mandarin-language standup comedy star. This performance will be held at Adams Auditorium, Room 205, in Boatwright Memorial Library. Visit here for more information. 

Cave Culture Cheese Tasting Workshop 

Thursday from 6:15-7 p.m. and 7:15-8:15 p.m. 

Cheese Louise! Life is gouda. Join Joshua James Franklin, a certified cheese professional, and Chef Brittanny Anderson for an in-person cheese tasting at the Demo Kitchen on Thursday night. Participants will be guided through a journey on all things cheese. The spots will fill up quickly, so register here for the 6:15 p.m. session and here for the 7:15 session. 

Virtual BODYPUMP Class 

Saturday from 9 a.m.-10 a.m. 

Feeling motivated to break a sweat? Register for a virtual BODYPUMP class with Iryna Butler Burns. This workout class is perfect for anyone who wants to get more toned, lean and fit. For more information and to register for the class, visit here

Bollywood on the Block 

Saturday from 7:30 p.m.-10:00 p.m.

Check out this joint showcase by Bollywood Jhatkas and Block Crew for a colorful and energetic performance. Bollywood Jhatkas is a South Asian fusion dance club on campus and Blow Crew is a hip-hop dance crew. This performance will be held at Camp Concert Hall. Register here

Spring Artisan Market 

Sunday from 12 p.m. to 5 p.m. 

Visit the Spring Artisan Market to support local businesses and artisans as well as celebrate the start of spring. The market will be held indoors at Hardywood Park Craft Brewery. Vendors include handmade art, jewelry, apparel, decor and much more. Visit here for more information.
