Ticking, clicking, clacking, rattling and clattering

The repetitive sounds fill my head for two semesters

32 weeks

224 days

…And, additionally, a handful of breaks that include the clutter

Of noise

A collection of chips that lay under the keys are purely addicting

A clump of units, a motherboard and drives

Assignment 3.2 due Thursday, 800 words minimum,

Times New Roman 12-point font, one-inch margins

Whack, thump, the glare of the light shocks more than my eyes

Night mode can only do so much…

But, the usefulness, the escape to a new realm at a single touch

With each click away from the heritage and art of penmanship

Only a miracle can silence the mess

The spill of a drink to put our accessories to rest
