A poster set up in the Alice Haynes room for the It Ends Now event in September.

9:40 p.m. -- The event ends.

9:35 p.m. -- "We would not have folks who would do something like that," Bisese says regarding Dean Dan Fabian and Carreras' allegations against him.

9:13 p.m. --  Genoni says, "We're incredibly sorry that we contributed to this situation."

8:40 p.m. -- There are about 65 people in the audience two hours after the beginning of the event, which started with over 300 people.

8:28 p.m. -- Genoni says the administration started the process for replacing Beth Curry. She says there will be a permanent position for sexual assault education in the future, but for now the position is grant-based.

8:07 p.m. -- Genoni answers almost every question from audience members despite being the only member of the administration present who did not work at Richmond during Carreras' investigation.

7:58 p.m. -- The Collegian asks if there is any regret among the administration over the assertion that Carreras was incorrect. Boehman says they recognize that "there were, without a doubt, problems with that phrase, but we didn't know another way to say it."

7:57 p.m. -- "There's only so much you can do in an email," Genoni says of the mass email in response to Carreras' article.

7:54 p.m. -- An audience member criticizes the administration's insistence on privacy regarding Carreras' case: "I'm a law student for these exact reasons, to combat policies like these."

7:51 p.m. -- Bisese says "we are doing what we have to do to protect the law...and everyone involved in the process."

7:50 p.m. -- Genoni insists audience does not have all the information regarding Carreras' case. There is a lot of dialogue between audience members and Genoni and Bisese.

7:49 p.m. -- Audience members demand the accused rapist's name.

7:47 p.m. -- Genoni says administration had to say Carreras' statements were "incorrect" because they did not want to seem as if they agreed those were the events that happened.

7:46 p.m. -- A lot of members of the audience leave the room as Genoni continues speaking, including student leaders who spoke earlier in the event.

7:45 p.m. -- "How is [the accused] still on our team," an audience member says. "How is he still at our school?"

7:43 p.m. -- "We can't talk about individual cases," Bisese says. More audience members vocalize frustration.

7:42 p.m. -- Cecilia Carreras exits the room.

7:41 p.m. -- Fankhauser exits the room. Administration "only [has] the best interest in doing the right thing," Bisese says. "No matter what, someone is upset."

7:39 p.m. -- Weshampton College Dean Genoni and Steve Bisese, vice president of student development, says this program is meant to focus on students and that a more private dialogue will be held upstairs. More audience members call out for a dialogue.

7:38 p.m. -- Someone in the first row yells, "This is injustice. We came here to have a dialogue."

7:36 p.m. -- An alumna stands up and says, "I am shocked an appalled that anyone here considers this a dialogue. You are being completely tone deaf. This was a monologue."

7:30 p.m. -- A Spiders for Spiders representative says other campuses do not have the resources Richmond does and that "we are truly lucky that we go to this school."

7:24 p.m. -- Miller says almost 80 percent of female sexual assault victims are raped before the age of 25. "Hurt people hurt people," Miller says, "I am not in the position of blaming abusers, I am not in the position of blaming survivors."

7:15 p.m. -- Jen Miller, outreach, education and engagement director at Safe Harbor, details off campus sexual assault support resources because "sometimes it is hard to reach out in such a small community." Miller says a sexual assault "doesn't go away" and that victims should seek help.

7:06 p.m. -- Winter says, "Be the man your mother and father would be proud of."

7:04 p.m. -- Andrew Winter, IFC president, addresses the men in the room, encouraging them to respect women. He tells a personal story of a friend who was raped while he was abroad. "Not caring about the safety of your friends is selfish," he says. "Sexual assault is your issue."

6:55 p.m. -- Panhellenic President Megan Hill says she was asked to address how sexual assault affects the Greek community, responding, "how is my community not affected" by sexual assault.

6:51 p.m. -- Smith says this event is the first step towards a culture of shared responsibility, but "more needs to be done." Smith encourages students to engage with Spiders for Spiders, a student-led bystander training program.

6:49 p.m. -- Kerry Fankhauser, associate dean and deputy Title IX coordinator, enters the Alice Haynes room.

6:48 p.m. -- Smith lists confidential resources for victims of sexual assault: the Chaplaincy and CAPS.

6:47 p.m. -- Maura Smith, Title IX coordinator and director of compliance, says "so many people are dedicated" to ensuring sexual misconduct does not affect student lives.

6:42 p.m. -- WCGA president Mia Hagerty says her "emotions ran the gambit" after reading Cecilia Carreras' story. She says students who are frustrated with the university right now should be "just as angry" towards students perpetuating rape culture.

6:39 p.m. -- RCSGA president Ken Anderson says his "blood is boiling" over sexual assault at Richmond. He says sexual assault education is a top priority for the RCSGA this year.

6:33 p.m. -- Tracy Cassalia, manager of health and welness, says no questions will be taken during the event. A Q & A will be held on the third floor of Tyler Haynes following the event.

The campus community will discuss sexual assault on campus at 6:30 p.m. in an event titled "It Ends Now: A Culture of Shared Responsibility." Stay tuned for live updates of the event.
