Vandalism

Jan. 19, 12:25 a.m. A ceramic flower pot, valued at $20, and an African Violet plant, valued at $10, were damaged outside of CAPS.

Jan. 23, 11:35 p.m. A Richmond College student's Maine license plate, valued at $22, was damaged in the 500 block of the apartments.

Jan. 23, 2:45 a.m. An exit sign, valued at $275, was damaged in North Court.

Jan. 24, 7:31 a.m. An exit sign, valued at $275, was damaged in South Court.

Simple Assault

Jan. 12, 12 p.m. A university staff member assaulted another staff member in the Heilman Dining Center.

Liquor Law Violation/ Illness

Jan. 22, 12:18 a.m. A Westhampton College student was transported to St. Mary's Hospital from Lora Robins Court for an alcohol-related illness. She was referred to the dean.

Jan. 23, 12:26 a.m. An RC student was transported to St. Mary's from Wood Hall for an alcohol-related illness. He was referred to the dean for underage possession of alcohol by consumption and being under the influence of marijuana and prescription drugs.

Motor Vehicle Theft

Jan. 22, 12:44 a.m. An RC student's Honda Accord was stolen from the 1700 block of the apartments. It was later recovered on Westhampton Way.

Drunkenness

Jan. 22, 12:49 a.m. An RC student was arrested for being drunk in public in South Court.

Liquor Law Violation

Jan. 23, 1:15 a.m. An RC student and WC student were referred to the dean for underage possession of alcohol by consumption in the Special Events Parking Lot.

Jan. 23, 1:35 a.m. A WC student was referred to the dean for underage drinking in Robins Hall.

Jan. 23, 2:33 a.m. An RC student was referred to the dean for underage drinking in North Court.
