Drug/Narcotic Violation

Sept. 8, 10:31 a.m. A Richmond College student was referred to the dean from Thomas Hall for possession of drug paraphernalia.

Sept. 8, 3:19 p.m. Two RC students were referred to the dean from Marsh Hall for posession of drug paraphernalia.

Sept. 9, 11:05 p.m. A RC student was referred to the dean from South Court for possession of drug paraphernalia.

Sept. 9, 2:56 p.m. Four RC students were referred to the dean from the 300 block of the University Forest Apartments for possession of drug paraphernalia.

Sept. 12, 12:25 a.m. Two RC students were referred to the dean from the 1100 block of the apartments for possesion of marijuana and drug paraphernalia.

Vandalism

Sept. 8, 3:51 p.m. The side mirror on a Westhampton College student's Pontiac Grand Am was damaged in R-lot. The damage was estimated at $100.

Sept. 10, 4:55 p.m. The sun roof visor on a RC student's Toyota Solara was damaged in R-lot. The damage was estimated at $75.

Sept. 12, 12:15 a.m. Ceiling tiles, valued at $500, were knocked down in the Tyler Haynes Commons.

Intimidation

Sept. 7, 3:47 p.m. A WC student reported receiving an intimidating text message from a person not affiliated with the university.

Aggravated Assault

Sept. 5, 8:00 a.m. A person not affiliated with the university was assaulted by an unknown offender. The victim suffered lacerations to the face and several teeth were knocked out.

Liquor Law Violation

Sept. 10, 10:45 p.m. An RC student was referred to the dean from Fraternity Row for underage drinking.

Sept. 10, 10:56 p.m. A WC student was referred to the dean from Fraternity Row for underage drinking.

Sept. 10, 11:00 p.m. An RC student was referred to the dean from New Fraternity Row for underage drinking.

Sept. 10, 11:18 p.m. A WC student was referred to the dean from Fraternity Row for underage drinking.

Sept. 10, 11:25 p.m. A WC student was referred to the dean from Fraternity Row for underage drinking.

Sept. 10, 11:34 p.m. An RC student was referred to the dean from Fraternity Row for underage drinking.

Sept. 11, 12:29 a.m. A WC student was referred to the dean from Fraternity Row for underage drinking.

Sept. 11, 1:17 a.m. A WC and RC student were referred to the dean for underage drinking in Gray Court.

Liquor Law Violation/ Illness

Sept. 10, 11:01 p.m. An RC student was transported from Fraternity Row to St. Mary's Hospital for an alcohol-related illness. He was referred to the dean for underage drinking.

Simple Assault

Sept. 11, 1:12 a.m. A person not affiliated with the university was assaulted by an unknown offender in Thomas Hall.

Theft

Sept. 11, 9:37 a.m. Two exit signs, valued at $125 each, were stolen from Gray Court.

Sept. 11, 1:32 p.m. An exit sign, valued at $125, was stolen from South Court.

Sept. 11, 2:04 p.m. An exit sign, valued at $125, was stolen from Dennis Hall.
