Sept. 14, 8:43 a.m. An exit sign was torn from the ceiling inside South Court. The damage was estimated at $40.
Sept. 18, 1:16 a.m. Witnesses saw a passenger-side mirror being torn off of a Ford two-door car by a Richmond College student in R-lot. The damage was estimated at $400.
Sept. 18, 3:31 a.m. A car mirror was torn off of a black Volkswagen Jetta by the same RC student from the previous report in R-Lot. The damage was estimated at $400. He has been referred to the dean.
Trespassing
Sept. 16, 9:13 a.m. An RC student who was prohibited from being on campus was found trespassing outside the Boatwright Memorial Library. He was arrested and transported to the Richmond City Jail, where he is being held on bond.
Motor Vehicle Theft
Sept. 18, 11:36 a.m. A red facilities golf cart was stolen from outside the Physical Plant and was later found outside the E. Clairborne Robins School of Business. The golf cart had no damages. The estimated value of the golf cart was $4,000.
Liquor Law Violation
Sept. 19, 2:19 a.m. An RC student was referred to the dean for underage possession of alcohol by consumption on Westhampton Way. He was released on summons and a court date was set.
Liquor Law Violation/ Illness
Sept. 18, 11:25 p.m. A Westhampton College student was transported to St. Mary's Hospital from Moore Hall for an alcohol-related illness. She was charged with possession of alcohol by consumption and has been referred to the dean.

Obstructing Justice/ Liquor Law Violation
Sept. 20, 1:30 a.m. An RC student was arrested outside the 2000 block of the apartments and taken to Richmond City Jail on a charge of being drunk in public and attempting to escape from custody.
Liquor Law Violation/ Stolen Property
Sept. 20, 3:04 a.m. An RC student was arrested outside the Modlin Center for the Arts for underage possession of alcohol and possession of a stolen street sign. He was not taken into custody.
Larceny
Sept. 19, 3:58 p.m. A navy blue backpack, wallet, change purse, debit card, credit card, $15 and Virginia driver's license were stolen from a security guard at UR Stadium. The backpack's estimated value was $20 and is still missing. The wallet, debit and credit cards were recovered, but the $15 and license were not. The wallet's value was estimated at $20.
Sept. 12, 7:46 p.m. A purple and yellow FIJI sign was stolen from the fraternity's lodge on Old Fraternity Row. The estimated value of the sign was $2,000.
