Police Report: 4/02/09

Vandalism

March 25, 2:54 p.m. -- "A Penis for Anne" was written in red crayon on the wall in Frederick Rehearsal Hall in the Modlin Center for the Arts.

March 28, 1:50 a.m. -- A stairwell railing in Dennis Hall was broken. It appeared to have been kicked in, University of Richmond police said. The damage was estimated at $50.

March 29, 1:35 a.m. -- Trees and bushes were covered with toilet paper in the 1800 block of the University Forest Apartments. Facilities will let the paper fall down with the next rain, university police said.

March 29, 7:43 p.m. -- A windowpane in Robins Hall was broken. The damage was estimated at $50.

Larceny/Forgery

March 26, 3:46 p.m. -- A wallet belonging to a Richmond College student was stolen from the Robins Center. The student's wallet, valued at $25, contained a bank card that was later used to purchase items.

Theft

March 28, 6:05 p.m. -- A keychain belonging to an RC student was stolen from a jacket at the FIJI lodge on Old Fraternity Row. The student's SpiderCard, room key and mail key, along with a Honda master key, valued at $20, were on the keychain.

Liquor Law Violation

March 28, 2:08 a.m. -- An RC student was referred to the dean for underage drinking in Dennis Hall.

March 28, 2:59 a.m. -- A Westhampton College student was transported from Lora Robins Court to St. Mary's Hospital for an alcohol-related illness. She was referred to the dean for underage drinking.

March 29, 7:15 p.m. -- An RC student was arrested on a charge of underage possession of alcohol by consumption in the 1700 block of the apartments. He was also referred to the dean.
