Liquor Law Violation/Drug Violation/Possessing a Fake ID

Sept. 21, 3:01 a.m. -- A Richmond College student was arrested for possession of marijuana and a fake ID and was referred to the dean for alcohol possession. Two other RC students were referred to the dean for drinking.

The students were approached by University Police on the path surrounding Westhampton Lake and were cited for possession of alcohol. The officers suspected one of the students was carrying drugs because of a comment the student made. University police searched the student's room in Gray Court, found marijuana and a fake ID and arrested the student.

Theft

Sept. 17, 9:24 p.m. -- An RC student's Maui Jim sunglasses, valued at $300, were stolen from the Heilman Dining Center when he got up to get food at 2 p.m. on Sept. 16.

Sept. 20, 8 p.m. -- An RC student's 10-speed mountain bike was stolen from the 2000 block of the University Forest Apartments. The bike is estimated at $200.

Sept. 20, 9:30 p.m. -- An RC students wallet, which contained $16, a debit card and a SpiderCard, was stolen from outside the Wellness Center. The wallet is estimated at $50.

Larceny

Sept. 19, 8:34 p.m. -- An RC student's Timberland mountain bike estimated at $150 was stolen from outside Jeter Hall. The bike was recovered by university police and returned to its owner on Sept. 21.

Vandalism

Sept. 19, 2:32 p.m. -- A Westhampton College student's tail lights were busted out of her blue Toyota Camry in W-lot. The damage is estimated at $500.
