A dominant second half powered the University of Richmond women’s lacrosse team to a 16-7 win over the George Washington University on April 13.
Students gathered outside all around campus, primarily in the Forum for the watch party hosted by the Society of Physics Students and at the International Center for a viewing hosted by the geography department.
As a student at the University of Richmond, I find myself grappling with a sense of disappointment and frustration over our school's decision to pursue funding for a fossil fuel-powered steam plant.
“He would be the kind of person that would drop what he was doing to come help you,” Thomas said. “And I think that type of dedication to your friends, or family or people you love? That’s something that you have to hold onto and treasure because now, people don’t make themselves available like that, which is understandable, but he really did.”
