What do you do during the weekends?

What’s the craziest thing you did when you were in college?
Inspired by Bobby Fischer, I wanted to be the next world class chess champion, so I spent much of my college years pursuing that goal. Now I realize that the craziest thing I did in college was not dong anything crazy: I should have had more fun.

What’s one thing your students would never guess about you?
I love beer: I consider myself a beer connoisseur. I’m always happy to discuss economics at Capital Ale House.
