University sororities and fraternities sponsored the 11th-annual Trick or Treat Street, a Halloween-themed carnival for young children. All proceeds were donated to the Children’s Organ Transplant Association benefiting 4-year-old Richmond boy, Cole Hafer, who needs a liver transplant.
